Heidi of Heidi Eldred Yoga (give it up for some hometown yogis!) made a visit to the studio today so we could take some portraits of her for business use. Not being a yoga-gal myself (I'm barely a Crossfit gal....) I was blown away by the bendy-ness....for sure!
