So, what’s my deal?
You’re not crazy. I DID move to Orlando, Florida, in 2021. Can’t say I recommend it, but that’s a story for another time. The important thing is, I’m back, baby! Back to Kwik Trips, Woodmans, seasons, and Midwest Nice. I missed it SO much.
In the last 5 years, I’ve been working as a writer full-time, and I’ve discovered that I just really enjoy telling stories, whether it is at the day job, on my Substack Out & Back, or behind the camera. So, I’m taking a limited number of Senior Portraits, Family Portraits, and Weddings so I can keep telling the BEST stories: Yours!
When I’m not writing or taking pictures, I’m section hiking the Ice Age Trail, figuring out if seeing Hamilton for an 8th time is ridiculous, or yelling at the TV as I watch Jeopardy.
The husband, the kids, and I bought our forever home (because I am NOT moving again) in Pewaukee, WI, in 2025.
